Abstract藏北高原是世界上海拔最高的高原,它有着独特的高山草原和水环境。为了更好地了解藏北钼元素的含量特征和分布规律,作者采集了1017个不同种类的牧草样和40个水样,并讨论不同种牧草中的Cu/Mo,计算藏北牲畜的总钼摄入量。结果表明:5个优势科的平均钼元素浓度为菊科(2.71μg g–1))、豆科(2.70μg g–1))、禾本科(2.48μg g–1))、莎草科(1.63μg g–1))和蔷薇科(1.51μg g–1));同时,钼元素的含量有很强的地理差异性(p〈0.001);藏北草场水中钼元素的浓度平均值为0.89μg L–1)。植物样品的Cu/Mo有43.29%低于2,可能会导致部分牲畜存在铜摄入不足导致的钼过量风险。29.3%的植物中Cu/Mo高于60,这些极高的Cu/Mo可能导致一些牲畜的慢性铜中毒。通过计算得出藏北牦牛钼摄入量约为9586μg day–1),平均每日的摄入量未达到中毒界限值,但较大的地理差异可能导致部分地区牲畜钼摄入的过量。
