Abstract	10年来，中国科学院地理科学知识创新工作取得显著进展：科技布局调整不断优化，平台支撑能力显著增强；学科基础与应用基础研究不断深入，学术水平得到提高；服务国家需求的应用、示范和决策支持领域不断拓展，经济社会效益显著；此外，承担重大科研任务的能力增强，科技产出显著提高，人才队伍建设和国际交流与合作等方面也取得良好进展。
