AbstractSo-called 'global warming' may indeed deed be one of the most severe environmental problems in the modern world. However, the scale of the problem is so large and complex that opinions and speculations on it have been diverse and even contradictory. Much more in the way of scientific observation and research is needed before any exact and unified conclusions can be reached about the problem and relevant actions to combat it formulated.
