海拔梯度上高寒草甸土壤细菌功能多样性与环境因子的关系

Abstract在青藏高原3200~3800 m的海拔梯度上,利用BIOLOG和冗余分析的方法,对细菌功能多样性和环境因子的关系进行了研究.结果表明,碳氮磷等土壤的基本性质可以解释46.6%的细菌群落功能多样性的变化.土壤中有效磷的贡献最大,它可能是青藏高原上限制土壤细菌功能多样性的一个重要因子.由于海拔梯度变化而引起的土壤温度的变化,对细菌群落的功能多样性也有显著的影响.
