澄合高硫煤固硫技术初探

Abstract以澄合奥陶纪灰岩为固硫剂,对10^#高硫煤进行了固硫试验。结果表明,X3,X5,S3,及D9等4种灰岩具有较好的固硫作用,其Ca(Mg)/S和固硫剂粒度分别取2和<0.12mm较合适;经800~900℃煅烧后,石灰石的固硫率明显提高。固硫助剂的添加量占固硫煤的0.4%,最佳固硫温度为1000℃;固硫温度低于1100℃时以Ba(OH)2助固硫效果较好,超过1100℃时以高岭土助固硫效果较好。
