Abstract	建立区域可持续发展的综合调控体系，是确保可持续发展战略目标顺利实现的重要保证，本文以我国沿海地区经济发展较快的山东省为例，通过对经济发展同资源环境的关系，分析指出，山东省１９７８年以来经济的持续超高速增长导致自然资源的过度消耗和生态环境日益恶化，并引发了一系列经济和社会问题，最后重点探讨实施可持续发展战略的综合调控对策。
